Welcome to our vegan retreat, in a restored old mill nestled at the foot of Sudety Mountains, Poland's second highest mountain range. This isn't just a getaway; it's an experience designed for those looking to nourish their bodies and souls. Each day, you'll indulge in delicious, plant-based meals crafted from fresh, local ingredients prepared by our creative vegan chefs.
Our raw food and raw desserts workshops will inspire you, whether you're a seasoned vegan or simply curious about a plant-based lifestyle. From morning yoga sessions, cooking workshops and demos to evening relaxation sessions, there’s something for everyone. Plus, you’ll have plenty of time to unwind and connect with nature on invigorating mountain hikes, plunges in ice-cold mountain springs or visiting nearby towns, cities or castles.

Our retreat is set within the charming walls of an old mill building, full of character and history.
Surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, the mill has been lovingly restored, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. It’s set in the village of Lomnica, just 15 minutes drive from the famous mountain resort Karpacz. The place is a perfect base for mountain hiking lovers but still remains quiet and not overrun by tourists like nearby mountain towns.
The peaceful atmosphere is perfect for relaxation, allowing you to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You can enjoy your morning coffee on our charming front patio or 2nd floor wooden terrace with the mountain view or spend a quiet time in the back garden. In the main building you will find a spacious common space with swings, tables and our library where you can spend time relaxing and bonding with your new retreat friends.

The region is sometimes called ‘The valley of castles and palaces’. Many of them were converted into hotels but some of them were beautifully restored and are available for visiting. You can explore the surrounding areas, with their breathtaking views and rich cultural heritage, while enjoying the tranquility of a lesser-known destination.

Our accommodation features 4 cosy double rooms, each designed to be a peaceful retreat using natural, plastic-free, non-toxic materials. With comfortable single beds and calming decor, you’ll have everything you need for a restful night’s sleep after a day of activities.
Every room comes with its own en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, ensuring you wake up to the beauty of nature and the sound of birds singing every morning.

Her passion for plant-based cuisine and her expertise in creating delicious, nourishing meals make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Vegan chef specialising in healthy deserts, keto, and raw vegan cuisine. With more than 15 years of experience as a pastry chef, retreat chef, and cooking instructor, she has developed a wealth of knowledge in recipe creation and vast experience in teaching various techniques. Paulina has collaborated with chefs and restaurants around the world, bringing her innovative approach to plant-based cooking to our retreat. Her workshops will empower you to create delectable vegan desserts and snacks that you can enjoy at home.
