This Advanced Raw Desserts workshop is a fun way to learn creating raw desserts like layered cakes, entremet cakes (mousse cakes) chocolate bars, cake rolls. This experience allow you to get your hands dirty and learn everything about more advanced techniques to bring your raw desserts skills to the next level.

These classes are designed with you in mind, accommodating 2 people in my home kitchen studio in Haslemere, Surrey (GU27). The price is per one person for two days, the workshop takes place only if there are two people willing to attend. You can book with a friend or join someone who already booked their spot. Over two days you will learn how to create mind-blowing layered cakes and chocolate bars, glazed raw desserts, how to decorate them as well as many of my secrets how to master the raw desserts like a pro.

The workshops are not suitable for nuts and sesame allergy sufferers.

TIME: Day starts at 10 am, finish at 3.30 pm or 4.30 pm with 1 hour lunch break.
